- Device & Security Data: We generate and collect a Unique Device ID, IP Address, and device model information. This is strictly used for our "Active Sessions" security feature to protect your account.
Use of Information
Your information is used strictly to provide and improve our services:
- To create, manage, and secure your account (including remote logout capabilities).
- To match you with suitable nursing job opportunities and track your application status.
- To share your professional profile and resume with potential employers
- To send real-time push notifications, emails, and SMS alerts regarding job updates (you can opt-out via in-app Settings).
Data Protection
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Your authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted local storage. Passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plain text.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share your information with:
- Verified Employers: Only the specific hospitals or healthcare facilities to which you actively submit a job application.
- Service Providers: Secure third-party infrastructure partners (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery services) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have absolute control over your data. You have the right to access, edit, or completely erase your personal information. You can permanently delete your account directly inside the mobile app by navigating to Settings > Danger Zone > Permanently Delete Account.
Local Storage & Tracking
The mobile application utilizes secure local storage (AsyncStorage) to keep you logged in and manage your real-time socket connections. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies across our mobile app platform.
